About the Approach to Life Coaching

A coaching approach involves a collaborative, goal‑oriented partnership that helps clients clarify what they want, identify obstacles, and take meaningful steps toward personal or professional growth.

About Me

For 27 years, I worked inside the Superior Court of New Jersey, a place where life can change in an instant. In my time serving in the Child Support Unit, Domestic Violence Unit, and Child Protective Services, as well as in matters involving custody, visitation, and juvenile cases, I witnessed people at some of the most vulnerable, defining moments of their lives. I saw individuals and families trying to rebuild after conflict, hardship, or painful transitions. I saw what breaks people down and what helps them rise again.

From the Courtroom to Coaching

Those years shaped the way I understand human behavior, emotional patterns, and the quiet strength people don’t always realize they have. I learned how to listen beneath the surface, how to support people through fear and uncertainty, and how to help people find clarity when everything feels overwhelming. My work in the court system gave me a deep understanding of struggle and of the resilience people can access when they have the right support. Today, I bring that experience into my work as a life coach.

Built on 27 Years of Commitment

Alongside my professional experience, I’ve also been married for 27 years and am a father of two. My own family life has shaped my understanding of commitment, communication, and the everyday work it takes to grow individually and together. It gives me a grounded, real-world perspective that I bring into my coaching.
